Report a link or page

If a shrtn.ink link points somewhere malicious, or a bio page itself looks malicious or abusive, tell us and we will look at it.

What happens to a report

Reports do not take a link or page down on their own — otherwise anyone could silence one by reporting it enough times. They are read by a human. Separately, every link is checked against Google Safe Browsing when it is created and re-checked as it ages; a link that fails that check stops redirecting immediately and shows a warning page instead, with no report needed. That check only ever covers where a link goes — a bio page's own name, bio text, block copy and images are reviewed from reports alone.

If one of your own links was blocked and you believe that is wrong, the block clears itself once Google's verdict changes — our re-check picks it up automatically.
